Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming experience
Deliver exceptional service for new and ongoing clients, listening carefully to needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and timeliness
Assist with client operations support, such as onboarding, document collection, file maintenance, and responding to client requests with an emphasis on accuracy
Apply the company’s customer support policies, standards, and procedures during all client interactions
Provide administrative support to office staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing data entry
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory
Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed to help achieve business objectives

Required

2-5 years of customer support or administrative experience, preferably within the financial industry
Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
Comfortable navigating proprietary systems and conducting online research
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Professional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and video conferencing platforms
Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology, with or without accommodation

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
