Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of multifamily and student housing assets, with focus on underperforming or value-add properties

Create and execute turnaround and repositioning strategies that improve NOI, occupancy, and resident experience

Audit operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that align with company standards

Coach and develop onsite teams to strengthen leadership, accountability, and performance

Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and financial reporting with precision

Collaborate with marketing, maintenance, and corporate teams to maximize performance and asset value

Conduct regular property visits and performance reviews across assigned markets
