Responsibilities
Handle daily operations including reporting, project tracking, data entry, and stakeholder coordination
Project manage initiatives that involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders
Prepare weekly metric reports, ensuring data accuracy and presentable slides before sharing with stakeholders
Provide ad hoc support for projects and operational needs
Maintain data quality and ensure reports are actionable and error-free
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate some ambiguity
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple tasks
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Able to work PST hours
Preferred
Experience with data manipulation or advanced Excel functions
