Vice President of Business Development
TLC Associates is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to expand the company’s market presence and drive revenue growth. This role involves leading the sales cycle and shaping go-to-market strategies while leveraging BPO expertise and emerging technologies to enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition and manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to close
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting high-value, high-growth opportunities across industries
Utilize AI, automation, and analytics to optimize sales effectiveness and client engagement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Marketing, Client Services, and Operations—to align business development efforts with delivery capabilities
Accurately identify client needs, design tailored outsourcing solutions, and deliver compelling proposals
Transition new clients seamlessly to account management teams, ensuring profitability and long-term success
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to refine sales strategy and prioritize investments
Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and thought leadership opportunities
Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and strategic partners
Track sales metrics, manage pipeline forecasts, and report results against targets
Champion a consultative, solution-oriented sales culture focused on value creation and partnership
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and close complex business opportunities
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker capable of aligning sales strategy with corporate growth goals
Deep understanding of outsourcing, contact center, and digital transformation solutions
Proficiency in leveraging AI and analytics to drive business performance
Strong operational discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage executive-level stakeholders
High energy, competitive spirit, and results-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a multicultural, global business environment
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience selling multi-year, multi-million-dollar BPO or outsourcing solutions across various industries
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience with customer care, back-office, and digital/AI-enabled services
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
