They are seeking a passionate Research Scientist to join their Research Team, where the role involves conducting research on autonomous systems with applications to driving and robotics, and collaborating with other scientists and engineers to deploy algorithms in simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on topics including: world foundation model, 3D/4D reconstruction and novel view synthesis, traffic simulation, deformable object simulation, with applications to autonomous driving and general robotics

Work closely with other Research Scientists and interns on research publications for submission to top-tier conferences

Collaborate with Research Engineers and engineering teams to test and deploy algorithms to our simulation tool products

Required

Strong research record in the fields of AI, autonomous systems and robotics with publications in top-tier conferences or journals in the fields of computer vision, machine learning, robotics and graphics

MSc or PhD in machine learning, computer vision and graphics with autonomy and robotics applications or closely-related fields

Passion for next-generation, scalable simulation and world model for autonomy and robotics in the real world

Strong research skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects

Preferred

Hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: World foundation model

Hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: Generative model for simulation

Hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: 3D/4D reconstruction and novel view synthesis

Hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: Traffic behavior simulation

Hands-on experience in at least one of the following fields: Physics-based simulation for soft-body objects
