Responsibilities

Dive into our production processes by analyzing, mapping, and evaluating workflows alongside passionate teams across departments. Your insights will help uncover smarter, more efficient ways of working
Spot opportunities to elevate quality and efficiency, using your problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset to drive meaningful change in manufacturing operations
Shape the future of our processes by developing, testing, and implementing cost-effective improvements that deliver real impact on productivity and quality
Help implementing innovative equipment and cutting-edge technologies, using your project management skills for CapEx and OpEx project
Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams, turning ideas into tangible results through open communication and shared goals
Champion quality and compliance by keeping Quality Control procedures, ISO standards, and work instructions up to date and aligned with requirements, so everyone can do their best work safely and confidently
Contribute to new product and process launches, partnering with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure smooth industrialization and enhanced customer experiences
Grow with us through internal knowledge-sharing sessions and our Competency Development Program, staying ahead of industry trends and learning the latest in process methodologies and innovation best practices
Invest in your people skills through training in communication, teamwork, and leadership because great improvements start with great relationships

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Textile, or Chemical Engineering, or building experience in related technical fields
Genuine interest or hands-on experience in manufacturing or R&D environments, where you've explored how things work and imagined how they could work better
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a hands-on, results-driven mindset. You're as comfortable on the shop floor as you are analyzing data
A creative and innovative approach, with the ability to think outside the box and implement practical solutions that make a real impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at every level
Openness to travel domestically and internationally, including opportunities to train and collaborate with colleagues in Belgium and Slovenia
