Responsibilities

Manage the preparation and filing of all required periodic reports in accordance with SEC rules and regulations (Form 10-Ks and Form 10-Qs)

Collaborate with independent auditors for timely and efficient completion of the audit

Assist in drafting new and revised disclosures for periodic reports

Manage the preparation and filing of other SEC reports (Form 8-K’s, Form 11-K’s) as required

Manage the external and internal reporting requirements of the newly-formed joint venture

Preparation and review of monthly close activities, including journal entries

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting package, including income statement and balance sheet variance analysis, key performance metrics, and statement of cash flows

Research and analysis of new SEC reporting standards and guidance

Manage the preparation of all consolidated management reports
