Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning, and integration of XR (CR&DR) devices at customer sites
Carrying out regular maintenance and inspection work on these units to ensure their proper operation and minimize potential downtime
Analysing and rectifying faults, malfunctions and technical problems with these units to ensure continuous, high-quality operation
Training our customers' medical staff in the correct handling, use and maintenance of the equipment
Providing technical support by phone or on site to assist customers with questions or problems and ensure a quick solution
Working with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical solutions and assist them in selecting the appropriate mammography equipment
Qualification
Required
Completed technical training or studies in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, radiology or a comparable field
Proven knowledge and experience in the field of CR/DR XR business, ideally with certification or training in the technical field of radiology
Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of XR equipment as well as integration and installation of such equipment
Strong technical understanding and ability to analyse complex technical problems and find effective solutions
Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach to work
Willingness to travel for business and occasionally work outside of regular working hours
MS Office and SAP knowledge
Very good written and verbal communication skills in German language
Preferred
CRM knowledge desirable
Basic knowledge of the English language is an advantage
