Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the Humanities & Languages department, maintaining a welcoming office environment, create and update reports and documents, answer phones, reserve rooms, maintain confidential information, run campus errands, reconcile receipts, handle special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 1 yr. related work experience; or an associate degree + 3 years related work experience, or high school diploma + 5 years related work experience
Ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm
Basic knowledge of computer operations
Preferred
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Applications, such as Excel and Word
Experience with Datatel's Colleague system
