National Sales Manager
Hearst Media Production Group (HMPG) is seeking a National Sales Manager that will drive sales efficiency and performance through effective management of tools, data, and internal processes. This role combines hands-on management of the Business Development team with rigorous KPI analysis to optimize prospecting activity and conversion rates to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Drive sales efficiency and performance through effective management of tools, data, and internal processes
Manage the Business Development team and perform rigorous KPI analysis
Optimize prospecting activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health to consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
Collaborate cross functionally with HMPG Leadership, Production, Business Affairs, and Finance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in media or advertising
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent business acumen and understanding of sales strategies
Ability to analyze KPIs and optimize sales processes
Experience in managing title sponsorships, integrations, and branded content
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various departments
Ability to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
Preferred
Experience in national sales for unscripted programming
Creative thinking skills to develop innovative sales strategies
