Responsibilities

Lead a Growing Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a dynamic group of producers, hosts, and digital storytellers to create content that stands out in the streaming landscape

Shape the Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-looking streaming strategy for FOX Local, FAST channels, connected TV, mobile apps, and social platforms

Prioritize Innovation: Experiment with emerging formats, technology, and platforms to keep FOX 13 Seattle at the forefront of streaming news

Deliver for Audiences: Balance live programming, breaking news, and original features to meet the evolving needs of cord-cutters and cord-nevers

Analyze and Optimize: Use digital and audience metrics to drive smart programming decisions and grow viewership across all platforms

Raise the Bar: Collaborate with production and creative teams to deliver visually compelling, high-quality content that reflects FOX 13’s reputation as Seattle’s dominant local news brand
