Responsibilities
Client Communication: – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular and open communication. – Understand client requirements, expectations, and feedback to ensure project alignment with their objectives
Task Management: – Track and manage task due dates to ensure project timelines are met. – Break down projects into discrete tasks and facilitate effective allocation of resources
Team Coordination: – Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web developers, graphic artists, writers, and editors. – Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among team members
Daily Task Review: – Conduct daily reviews of outstanding tasks to identify potential roadblocks and proactively address issues. – Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and client expectations
Applied Expertise: – Leverage your knowledge of website development, content creation, and marketing to contribute valuable insights to project planning and execution. – Provide guidance to team members based on industry best practices and project requirements
Virtual Collaboration: – Embrace a 100% virtual work environment, utilizing online collaboration tools to ensure effective communication and project management. – Engage in virtual meetings, fostering a sense of connection and teamwork within the distributed team
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly in website development, content creation, or marketing projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven ability to identify and address challenges proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a virtual team
Preferred
Possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
