Responsibilities
Partner with Associate Recruiters and Recruitment Manager to determine strategy for complex, hard to fill role and any special projects
Balance and successfully manage multiple job requisitions across a variety of roles
Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop a pipeline of talent for the organization
Provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for assigned requisitions through sourcing passive candidates, networking, complex internet searches, and employee referrals
Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, department background, job descriptions, and expectations
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about BBU and the position
Review candidate resumes, credentials, and perform initial phone screens for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction based on the creation of intentional and consistent feedback loop
Qualification
Required
Candidate should be currently in pursuit of a degree with a focus on Human Resources
Flexible schedule available, however, must be willing to work at minimum 30 hours / week
Maintenance of the confidentiality of any personal or company information encountered
Excellent organizational and communication (written & oral) skills
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal skills
