Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters, from inception through trial and appeal
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management
Maintain thorough documentation and records for all cases handled
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active state bar membership in CO
Trial experience
4+ years of experience in civil and commercial litigation
Preferred
Previous experience in a federal judicial clerkship is highly preferred
