Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Dayforce/Workday Payroll application to ensure optimal usage and system performance
Collaborate with payroll and HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements that align processes with system capabilities
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and configuration projects by analyzing business needs to design solutions that improve workforce management efficiency
Investigate and resolve payroll system issues while providing end-user support and training
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into payroll operations and HR metrics while addressing data needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing payroll applications with a strong focus on Dayforce/Workday or similar payroll applications like ADP or UKG Payroll
Solid understanding of payroll processes, federal and state labor laws, tax laws, and compliance measures
Proven ability to configure and optimize payroll systems and document workflows with technical implementation strategies
Preferred
Experience integrating Dayforce/Workday with ERP or HCM systems
Dayforce/Workday skills including WFM, Benefits, Integrations, and Timesheets
Dayforce/Workday ICP implementation experience
