Responsibilities
Promotes internal and external guest development during an assigned shift
Ensures excellent service delivery in their area of responsibility
Maintains communication within the slot department and with other departments
Promotes teamwork and encourages employee ideas and feedback
Works as an attendant when not scheduled to supervise
Resolves guest complaints in a timely and effective manner
Observes and provides feedback on service standards
Manages the floor effectively to ensure excellent guest service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong leadership abilities
A role model who consistently leads by example
Six to twelve months of slot operations experience, or equivalent supervisory experience
Ability to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Capable of bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and gripping items
Able to walk and stand for extended periods
Must maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure and in stressful situations
Basic math skills required
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Must respond to visual and aural cues
Preferred
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Rumba, and SDS
