Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of company-wide cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives which may include international or domestic projects

Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders

Develop detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans

Manage cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external partners

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget

Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement through post-program reviews and lessons learned

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance frameworks

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior program and project managers
