Responsibilities
Have conversations with prospective buyers and sellers daily and follow up with your pipeline
Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, home showings, and host open houses as needed
Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers
Contact and follow-up potential clients assess their wants and needs in a home to promote new business
Utilize our data management system to track activities and see progress
Represent the team well by how you conduct yourself and your knowledge of the process
Qualification
Required
An active North Carolina Real Estate License
A willingness to learn proven systems and processes and a drive to succeed
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate CRM and marketing/lead technologies
An ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth
Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success
Participation in team activities per team standards
