Responsibilities
Continuously expand your market knowledge and stay informed
Utilize PLACE lead generation models and systems effectively
Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right homes
Skillfully negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and CRM database tools
Conduct two open houses weekly
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in daily script practice and role-playing to enhance communication and conversion skills
Participate in team lead generation activities in line with team standards
Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and team meetings or calls
Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
Prepare and negotiate offers effectively
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
Strong written and oral communication abilities
Passionate about learning and self-improvement
Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail
Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management capabilities
Skilled in data analysis to guide and inform clients
Tenacious, self-motivated, and accountable
Strong decision-making skills
Confident and professional demeanor
Willingness to spend significant time driving
Proficient in matching clients' needs and preferences with suitable properties
