$140K/yr - $160K/yrThe Ricci Team is looking for a driven and committed LICENSED Showing Partner to join their dynamic and successful real estate group. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advance your real estate career through collaboration with an experienced team and ongoing education in the industry.
Responsibilities
Complete training & commit to on-going education of the real estate industry
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in CRM
Qualification
Required
Valid Real Estate License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Learning based, growth-minded
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
Embrace collaboration

Effective decision making
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
