Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Lead architectural discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
Collaborate with frontend teams using ReactJS for seamless integration
Define and maintain coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
Qualification
Required
15+ years of total experience in software development
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Java Architect role
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Experience with RESTful APIs, Cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of ReactJS is a plus
