Responsibilities
Lead community engagement for Zelestra’s projects, ensuring transparency and trust
Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and serve as a consistent point of contact
Communicate project updates clearly through events, materials, and media
Advocate for community input and collaborate with internal teams to address concerns
Develop partnerships that support both community and project success
Qualification
Required
10+ years in community relations or public affairs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with energy or infrastructure projects
Willingness to travel and passion for renewable energy
Willing to travel up to 30%-50% depending on project scope
