Responsibilities
Take full ownership of key government accounts post-sale, managing everything from onboarding to renewals and expansions
Drive 100% customer retention and zero churn by ensuring measurable value realization, satisfaction, and long-term alignment with client objectives
Lead commercial discussions around funding strategy, pricing structures, and contract renewals with precision and professionalism
Develop tailored account strategies in partnership with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure customer success, adoption, and expansion
Proactively identify and execute growth opportunities within your portfolio, translating client needs into sustainable partnerships
Build trusted, multi-level relationships with stakeholders across agencies — from analysts to senior decision-makers and contracting officers
Serve as a consultative partner, offering insight into emerging trends in AI, analytics, and mission readiness initiatives
Ensure broad adoption of the platform across programs by helping clients translate analytics capabilities into real-world operational impact
Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to showcase performance metrics, alignment with mission outcomes, and ROI
Act as the voice of the customer internally — advocating for client priorities across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to influence roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Customer Success, or Federal Sales within the technology or analytics domain
Proven ability to deliver near-perfect retention and renewal rates across large, high-value Federal accounts
Strong background managing complex Federal/DoD contracts and navigating procurement, funding, and compliance processes
Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of engaging confidently with senior government officials and C-suite leaders
Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to solving client challenges and aligning solutions to mission needs
Solid understanding of the enterprise technology ecosystem, particularly in AI/ML, advanced data analytics, or business intelligence
Preferred
Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence, or Federal Civilian agencies in logistics, sustainment, or readiness operations
Established professional network within the DoD or Intelligence Community contracting and acquisition landscape
Hands-on experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot)
Active U.S. government security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
