Part-Time Senior Process Controls Engineer
Mead & Hunt is a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm experiencing unprecedented growth and is seeking a part-time Experienced Process Controls Engineer to join their EPC team. The role involves instrumentation and controls design, PLC and HMI programming, and participation in field testing and commissioning of systems.

Responsibilities
Instrumentation and controls design
PLC and HMI programming
Design of control panels, power and control electrical to process equipment, and other facility systems
Participate in field testing (I/O verification, operational readiness testing, functional & performance testing), commissioning, training, and startup services of Mead & Hunt designed and constructed systems
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree (or higher) in engineering (chemical, electrical, or mechanical) or related field of study from an accredited college or university
At least 18 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) (Rockwell, Modicon, Siemens and other), human machine interface (HMI) development and Microsoft Office programs
Utilizing advanced computer skills in areas such as networking, troubleshooting, custom building, programming, and alternative operating systems is a plus, but not required
Prior experience with food & beverage processes
Prior experience in construction or engineering consulting is a plus, but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
