Developmental Specialist
May Institute is dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities. As a Developmental Specialist, you will support individuals through skill-building, daily care, and community integration in a respectful, person-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Support daily activities, personal care, and behavior plans
Teach life skills using evidence-based methods
Collect data to track progress and inform support
Foster individual choice, dignity, and participation
Ensure safety in the program and during community outings
Provide transportation as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete Safety Care, CPR/First Aid, and other trainings
Preferred
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
Valid driver's license (2+ years of experience preferred)
