Responsibilities
Develop and implement the product line strategy for Global Remanufacturing and Aftermarket business
Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch, and lifecycle management
Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation
Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives
Manage product portfolio, pricing, and profitability to achieve business objectives
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners
Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team
Maximize revenue and profitability for the US and Mexico Divisions through a proven portfolio
Develop a strategy for the EMEASA Division to capitalize on aftermarket growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive product management, remanufacturing, or aftermarket business
Proven track record of successful product line management and business development
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
