Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize their potential
Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on exceeding customer expectations and driving results
Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share and enhance VuMedi's competitive position
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to shape product and service offerings
Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
Establish and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Implement and manage sales technology tools and CRM systems to drive productivity
Regularly analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI
Work with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales revenue
Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with industry regulations and VuMedi's ethical standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in the healthcare or technology sector

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Experience with sales technology tools and CRM systems
Ability to travel as needed
