Responsibilities
Work Zillow Flex leads, delivering prompt, professional follow-up to convert inquiries into clients
Provide buyers and sellers with knowledgeable guidance throughout the real estate process
Attend team trainings, mentorship sessions, and coaching designed to help new agents build confidence and skills
Conduct property showings, prepare offers, and negotiate contracts under team guidance
Leverage CRM tools and team-provided technology to track and manage leads effectively
Collaborate with an experienced team to learn best practices, scripts, and strategies that drive results
Deliver excellent client service to build a reputation that supports repeat and referral business
Qualification
Required
Proven success in residential real estate sales with a consistent record of closed transactions
Strong ability to convert online leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com, etc.) into loyal clients and closed deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
In-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and property values
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and virtual showing platforms
Highly responsive and organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Team-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to and thrive within a top-producing real estate team
