Responsibilities
The Cytotechnologist examines all types of cytology cases microscopically, identifies and marks appropriate cells, and renders the correct diagnosis of each case
This job makes the final diagnosis on gynecologic samples evaluated as negative, with changes of and including moderate cervicitis
This job makes the preliminary diagnosis on all abnormal gynecologic cases going into sign-out (greater than moderate cervicitis) and all non-gynecologic cases
This job works under the general direction of a Pathologist

Required
The Cytotechnologist examines all types of cytology cases microscopically
