Assistant Professor or Associate Professor (tenure track) - Mechanical Engineering
Institute for Women's Leadership Marquette University is seeking a regular, full-time faculty member in the department of mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service, working towards tenure based on university guidelines.

Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate classes as instructor of record
Perform and supervise research
Collaborate with existing faculty in Mechanics within mechanical engineering as well as those within COE
Support both Energy and Mechanics faculty such as dynamics behavior of materials, robotics, kinematics
Qualification
Required
Earned doctorate or a terminal degree
Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence and high quality research
Preferred
Broader mechanics (classical mechanics or material science) or Energy systems
