Responsibilities
Warmly greet guests, assist with luggage as needed, and create a positive, professional first impression
Perform thorough vehicle inspections to document existing damage and accurately complete claim tickets
Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following all key handling and safety procedures
Efficiently manage traffic flow in the valet area to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy or overnight hours
Overnight Valets will monitor and secure the parking area, respond quickly to guest requests, and assist with vehicle retrieval during late hours
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet area that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence
Accurately clock in/out and report gratuities in line with company policies
Address guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously, delivering personalized service to enhance guest experiences
Arrive punctually, dressed in uniform, and adhere to all hotel rules, policies, and safety guidelines
Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed to maintain smooth, efficient valet operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous customer service experience preferred
