Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties
Supervise and mentor property management staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure high performance and accountability
Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, providing regular updates, financial reporting, and strategic recommendations
Maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
Ensure accurate CAM reconciliations and expense tracking
Ensure favorable tenant relations and rent collections
Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for lease administration, work orders, budgeting, and reporting
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations
Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
Contribute to the strategic growth of the property management department
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, including retail and industrial assets
Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors
Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliation and lease administration
Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (Commercial) is required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel between properties in Los Angeles and Orange County
Experience managing multiple properties and staff (Required)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; CPM or RPA designation a plus
Certification in Fair Housing (Preferred)
