Responsibilities
Execute daily real estate lead generation activities
Prospecting daily for homes leads, off-market opportunities to deliver your value proposition
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
Track activities, report your numbers with our cutting edge CRM & technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
Use our data company to find sellers to drop off and be top of your game in the industry
Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
Be a student of the market & evolving real estate industry
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional
Proven track record of success
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive/growth-minded
Data driven & learning based
Organized w/ excellent time management skills
Willingness to learn conversation scripts and dialogues
