Administrative Services Coordinator

Assigns and directs work and trains new colleagues
Coordinates administrative support functions and/or activities
Identifies and resolves problems and issues
Provides coordination, training and support for unit
Provides systems administration and/or technical support for unit specific duties
Performs other duties as assigned
Supports the organization's quality program(s)
Travels as required
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
