Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities
Act as a technical resource for customers and sales force
Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment
Be the primary customer contact
Qualification
Required
Experience in welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and comfort to work at heights
Stellar customer service skills
Valid Driver License with clean driving record as this position requires driving a company vehicle
Being at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
Preferred
Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment
