InternVoith Group is a global technology company specializing in energy, paper, raw materials, and transport & automotive. The Continuous Improvement Intern will support the P&S North America team in identifying and implementing process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities
Assist in identifying areas for process improvement
Collect and analyze data to support improvement projects
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions
Support the development and implementation of process improvement plans
Assist in the documentation of process changes and improvements
Monitor and report on project progress and results
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Participate in Lean Six Sigma training and workshops as required
Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Prior experience or coursework in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
