Responsibilities
Execute the roadmap for data and AI-enablement products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals
Champion AI-native thinking in how products are designed, tested, and iterated
Drive partnership through product execution with Data and AI ecosystem players
Drive data-readiness products for customers to leverage ETL, RAG, fine-tuning with their proprietary data for their AI agents
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure that data pipelines are optimized for model training and real-time inference
Define user journey and create User experience visions for UI and front end engineering teams
Deeply understand enterprise customer needs and translate those into actionable product requirements
Work closely with customers and customer success teams to ensure adoption and satisfaction
Ensure that features are scoped with customer needs and business value in mind
Over-communicate and resolve cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of the products
Clearly communicate your product vision and influence without authority to rally stakeholders behind it
Work closely with Engineering to translate customer needs into execution with world-class user experience
Qualification
Required
Strong customer empathy and a record of internalizing customer feedback to drive product development with engineering
Proven success in shipping data products, especially those handling structured and unstructured data
Experience building data readiness systems for AI pipelines
Experience building AI and agentic platforms/products
Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams, balancing long-term vision with near-term deliverables
Savvy in using AI tools to clearly communicate product management vision and execution
5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI or data-centric platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
