QTS Data Centers is a leading provider of data center services, and they are seeking a Category Sourcing Analyst to support the Category Sourcing Management team. This role involves performing complex data analysis, supporting sourcing strategies, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead categories spend segmentation and reporting through QTS systems and subsequent dashboard creation for decision making

Ensure end to end category management functions are followed through documented standard work, making improvement to processes where appropriate

Build and deploy RFPs in QTS System support of assigned category functions

Ensure data accuracy of completed supplier agreements and load completed contracts into QTS contract repository

Support CSMs on creation of quarterly business review documents for supplier meetings

Support in the development and execution of sourcing strategies for high spend, mission critical categories

Create Total Cost of Ownership models used to support sourcing decisions

Support implementation activities for categories with critical impacts to business and internal customers

Conduct thorough spend analysis, develop methodology and metrics tools to track progress

Identify and implement system solutions and best practices that optimizes work practices

Build relationships with key stakeholders to gather category requirements from departments and subject matter experts

Act as primary point of support on analytics for the Category Sourcing Director
