Responsibilities
Coordinate client care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
Monitor medication compliance and administer IM injections per prescription
Manage medication inventory, supplies, and refills
Record vital signs and assist providers during client appointments
Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every six months
Provide medication education to clients, families, and ACTT staff
Transport clients as needed to medical appointments and community resources
Travel throughout the community to provide direct nursing services
Participate in rotating crisis response/on-call coverage, including:
After-hours assessments
Hospital diversion
Commitment procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based model
Preferred
Behavioral health or community nursing experience preferred (not required)
