Responsibilities

Define and evolve Mento’s brand identity, including visual design and narrative, across web, product, and social
Lead the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our brand campaigns and tentpole moments
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Coordinate product launches, manage event marketing for conferences and webinars, develop partner marketing initiatives, and execute
Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Roll up your sleeves to create content yourself, from thought leadership and editorial to campaign messaging
Own the messaging on mento.co
Develop content calendars and manage editorial workflows across different formats: long-form/web, video/social, and more
Create engaging stories that drive conversions
Oversee the external brand communications strategy, shaping public perception with general and targeted media outlets
Write press releases, manage media relationships, and secure placements alongside external agencies
Partner closely with sales to build a brand that grows and expands our community of CHRO/CPOs, L&D, and talent leaders
Help shape memorable experiences that drive word-of-mouth referrals and grow customer love
Develop an in-depth understanding of our users, product, and business landscape to inform our brand strategy
Lead a culture of experimentation to try new ideas that can help us scale further with optimal ROI
Track campaign performance to provide data-backed insights, optimize campaigns, find new opportunity areas, and report impact by establishing a clear communication structure
Work closely with sales and design, and also partner and member success, coaching, product, and engineering

Required

5+ years of brand and content marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth tech environment
Track record of building brand awareness, telling powerful stories, and driving customer acquisition
Exceptional writing skills for crafting communications for the web, product, social, and press
Ability to adapt communication and tone to different audiences
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners across sales, coaching, product, engineering, and partner success
Experience running experiments, launching and iterating in ambiguous environments
Ability to balance creative vision with measurable business outcomes
Experience using data to inform decision-making
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and having an 'AI marketing stack'
Curiosity about leveraging new technologies and leading with a hands-on experimentation approach
