Responsibilities
Implement software applications and ensure they align with business processes
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application users
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement
Manage software updates and ensure proper implementation without disrupting business operations
Create and maintain documentation for application procedures and user guides
Assist in the integration of applications with existing systems, including SalesForce
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience with application support and implementation, preferably in a corporate environment
Familiarity with Yardi software and its functionalities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience with SalesForce is a plus
