Responsibilities
Execute the base plan by bringing sales plan to life in stores
Work with DSD vendors to support event selling
Serve as subject matter expert for DSD, adult beverage categories
Assist merchandising team with strategic and tactical aspects of division grocery and corporate category management of local and seasonal adult beverage categories
Communicate with corporate teams to ensure implementation of strategic category plans, which take advantage of company size and, at the same time, are sensitive to individual markets
Identify incremental sales opportunities using the provided plan
Maintain product mix and plan-o-grams
Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
Qualification
Required
High school graduate
Experience in grocery retail
Ability to execute sales plans
Experience working with DSD vendors
Knowledge of adult beverage categories
Experience in category management/merchandising
Strong communication skills
Ability to identify sales opportunities
Experience maintaining product mix and plan-o-grams
