The CSR will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out while supporting the veterinary team with scheduling and communication.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and compassionately in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
Process payments, invoices, and estimates
Maintain accurate and organized medical records
Coordinate patient flow and assist with client education
Handle emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

Required

Knowledge of veterinary terminology and common procedures
Strong communication and multitasking skills
A calm, compassionate demeanor and team-focused attitude

Preferred

2+ years of experience as a veterinary receptionist or CSR
Team Player
Experience handling client conflict or end-of-life support
Understanding of basic veterinary treatments or medications
