Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and rosters for training sessions and meetings
Help maintain and consolidate project dashboards and performance data
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and governance meetings
Coordinate communications and materials with internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative and research support for ongoing projects and process enhancements
Support major Flight Standards initiatives, including the QC Program, ATSM, and QCL/QCO training events
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Aviation Management, Business, Quality Control/Risk, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated interest in aviation operations, project management, or data analytics
Preferred
Power BI or PowerApps
