Responsibilities
Lead and assist technicians on water, mold, and fire jobs
Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
Ensure work is performed according to company and IICRC standards
Complete daily job documentation, equipment logs, and job notes
Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services
Manage equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdown on job sites
Train new technicians and promote team safety and professionalism
Maintain company vehicles and equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred
IICRC certifications (CCT, WRT, AMRT, or others) are a plus
