Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees through ADP Workforce Now
Support benefits-related payroll activities, including 401(k) contributions, deductions, and step-up matches
Assist with payroll-related accruals and reconciliations
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and employee data
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external consultants to review and streamline payroll workflows
Document and refine current payroll procedures during a multi-phase process improvement project
Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries and ensure timely, compliant processing
Use Excel for payroll tracking, reporting, and analysis
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of experience in payroll processing
ADP Workforce Now experience required
Experience processing both hourly and salaried payroll
Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll-related accounting (debits, credits, accruals)
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data-driven reporting
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive under deadlines
Degree not required; relevant experience prioritized
