Creative Lead
Compound Content Studio is an agency specializing in building content engines for B2B SaaS companies, having served over 50 startups in the past two years. They are seeking a Creative Lead to enhance their visual content creation and strategy, ensuring high-quality graphic and video content for clients primarily on platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities
Own the creative bar for graphic and video content across Compound clients
Lead and manage our creative team of video editors and designers
Ideate, direct, and review visuals for LinkedIn/X content (graphics, carousels, short-form video)
Coordinate the strategy & creation of visual content assets with our internal creative team
Coordinate with our Account Manager to ensure client assets get completed on time, in the appropriate format
Monitor analytics directionally, and adjust creative strategy to improve performance
Collaborate with other team members using Slack + Notion
Support optimization of existing content production processes and establish new ones where needed
Collaborate with writers, editors, and ops using Slack, Notion, and async workflows
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in graphic design and video strategy, preferably with experience in content for social platforms
At least 1-2 years of experience leading a team of creatives. You've led or directed freelancers, designers, or content creators before, and you know how to get great work out of others
Proficiency in Figma, Canva
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Proficiency in AI tooling such as Chat GPT, Claude, etc
Strong taste and familiarity with visual content trends on social platforms like LinkedIn & X (Twitter)
Social-first thinking; you love the internet and creating in that space. LinkedIn & X experience is a plus
High attention to detail. Self-motivated team player. Comfortable taking ownership over projects & team performance
Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Can balance excellence with urgency and speed
A history of handling multiple projects, managing time, and a bias to action
Comfortable taking constructive feedback and voicing areas of opportunity for Compound to grow as a company
