Brokerage Account Manager

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education)
Experience in freight brokerage (cradle to grave a must)
Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow a book
Negotiation and relationship-building with both customers and carriers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus
Highly driven, competitive, and money motivated
Strong communicator with a hunter mentality
Resilient, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
