Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the commercial and industrial real estate market, including trends, data, and competitive activity
Drive new business through extensive prospecting — cold calling, in-person meetings, and relationship building
Support leasing, tenant representation, acquisition, and sales efforts in the industrial sector
Assist with property valuations, client presentations, proposals, and market reports
Track and analyze market-level data, financial models, and comparable transactions
Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and prospective tenants
Participate in team marketing initiatives and business development opportunities alongside senior brokers

Required

Bachelor's degree required
