Responsibilities

Own and continuously enhance the Third-Party Risk Management framework to ensure effective identification, assessment, and monitoring of vendor-related risks
Draft, update, and maintain third-party risk policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with regulatory and internal expectations
Develop and execute the annual TPRM work plan, including risk assessments, control evaluations, and testing activities
Apply consistent risk rating methodologies aligned with the broader Operational Risk Framework
Act as second line of defense, overseeing and challenging first line third-party risk lifecycle activities
Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise to business units on third-party risk identification, mitigation, and documentation requirements
Ensure completeness and accuracy of centralized third-party inventories and supporting documentation
Produce aggregated third-party risk reporting and analysis for senior management and risk committees
Partner with internal risk, compliance, IT, and subject-matter experts to drive efficient and coordinated TPRM execution
Support enterprise risk initiatives, including new product risk assessments and periodic control self-assessment reviews

Required

Experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Strong understanding of regulatory and internal expectations related to risk management
Ability to draft, update, and maintain risk policies, standards, and procedures
Experience in developing and executing risk assessments and control evaluations
Knowledge of risk rating methodologies aligned with Operational Risk Framework
Experience in overseeing and challenging third-party risk lifecycle activities
Ability to provide guidance and subject-matter expertise on third-party risk
Experience in producing risk reporting and analysis for senior management
Ability to partner with internal risk, compliance, IT, and subject-matter experts
Experience in supporting enterprise risk initiatives
